1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using BAX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

2. Description of Service

BAX is a Chrome browser extension that measures brand visibility in AI-generated answers across multiple LLM platforms. The Service uses the Anthropic Claude API to analyze and score responses. You must provide your own Anthropic API key to use the full functionality of the Service.

3. Subscriptions and Billing

BAX offers the following subscription plans:

• Starter — Free, no payment required
• Pro — $49/month, billed annually
• Agency — $199/month

Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account portal.

4. Refund Policy

If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello@baxindex.com for a full refund. No questions asked.

5. API Usage and Costs

BAX uses the Anthropic Claude API to analyze LLM responses. API costs are billed directly by Anthropic to your account. BAX is not responsible for API costs incurred through your use of the Service.

6. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Use the Service for any unlawful purpose
• Attempt to reverse engineer or circumvent security measures
• Use the Service to harass, harm, or monitor individuals
• Resell or redistribute the Service without written permission

7. Data and Privacy

BAX stores minimal data. Your API key is stored locally in your browser. Audit results are stored locally unless you have an account. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

8. Disclaimer of Warranties

The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LLM responses are non-deterministic and may vary. BAX scores are indicative measurements, not guarantees of brand performance.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, iSlayMetrics shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.

10. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
