By accessing or using BAX ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.
BAX is a platform that measures brand visibility and attention in AI-generated answers across 300+ LLM platforms and engines. The Service queries multiple AI language model providers -- including Anthropic Claude, OpenAI ChatGPT, Google Gemini, Microsoft Copilot and Perplexity AI -- to analyze and score responses. Access to the Service is available on a managed basis via BAXindex.com.
BAX is available through managed access. To request access, visit BAXindex.com. Pricing and terms are provided individually upon request.
Subscriptions are processed through Stripe. By subscribing, you authorize us to charge your payment method on a recurring basis. You may cancel at any time through your account portal.
If you are not satisfied within the first 7 days of your paid subscription, contact us at hello@baxindex.com for a full refund. No questions asked.
BAX queries 300+ AI language model providers to analyze LLM responses. Where applicable, API costs from individual providers are the responsibility of the account holder. BAXindex.com is not responsible for costs incurred through third-party AI provider APIs.

BAX stores minimal data. Your API key is stored locally in your browser. Audit results are stored locally unless you have an account. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.
The Service is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind. LLM responses are non-deterministic and may vary. BAX scores are indicative measurements, not guarantees of brand performance.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BAXindex.com shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the new Terms.
